SpecGraph
§ Terms

Terms of service.

Effective 11 May 2026. SpecGraph is operated by Specgraph OÜ, a company registered in Tallinn, Estonia.

1 · Acceptance

By accessing specgraph.dev (the “Website”) or the SpecGraph application (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the Service.

2 · Eligibility

You must be authorised by your organisation to enter into an agreement on its behalf and to upload the materials you submit to the Service.

3 · Account & access

Access is granted via invitation during the private beta. You are responsible for the activity of every member you invite to your workspace. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the Service or to circumvent its access controls.

4 · Your content

You retain all rights to the briefs, wishes, specs and other materials you upload (“Customer Content”). You grant SpecGraph a limited licence to host, process and display Customer Content as needed to operate the Service. We will not use Customer Content to train foundation models or share it with third parties without your written instruction.

5 · Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • No reverse-engineering of the Service.
  • No attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls.
  • No use of the Service to build a directly competing product.

6 · Fees

During the private beta the Service is free of charge for invited workspaces. Pricing for general availability will be communicated at least thirty days before it takes effect.

7 · Confidentiality

Each party will treat the other's non-public business information as confidential and use it only as needed to perform under these Terms.

8 · Warranties & disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. Except as expressly stated, SpecGraph disclaims all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

9 · Liability

Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid (or, during the free beta, EUR 100).

10 · Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement on thirty days' written notice. We may suspend access immediately for material breach or where required by law. On termination, you may export your Customer Content for sixty days; thereafter we will delete it from active systems.

11 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes will be resolved in the Harju County Court in Tallinn.
